I will tell you that if you do love freedom I have watched freedom dwindle since 1948. What we call free now is actually subservience to the federal government with a long leash. If we screw up we can easily end up in jail for something as minor as an addition error in our checkbook. Oh, right, nobody uses check books any lo-o-o-o-nger. That’s OK because it takes a computer to do the books now so your computer will rat you out to the government.
Ain’t it just really odd, how we think we are a free nation when the bureaucracy has been hammering our freedom duller by the hour? Ever cleaned a fish with a dull knife? No, if you fish you know better but even fishing is being curtailed in some places for “environmental necessities.” I used to fish all over the place freely and funly. No more.
We are sitting around wondering why everyone is so angry at each other but we do not even know, they’re so sly about it, that we are regulated into submission. That was the Dems plan all along and this goes to the heart of what a Progressive is. There are few environmental concerns that meet muster. There are indeed some but not to the level of emergency. Not even close. do you realize how powerful this planet is? How it can take such a beating and keep on producing oxygen. All the volcanoes erupting and belching semi-truck loads a minute of foul chemicals into the atmosphere for epochs of ages and we still have clean water and fresh air to breathe. Kind of ironic, don’t you think? No, really, don’t you think?
This just in, a long time ago, the Earth’s temperature has been rising for almost 15,000 years and the seas have been rising also for 15,000 years.
